Performances

Jr. NTR showcased power packed angels of Mass, Comedy and romance with his perfection. We already saw this type of roles before, but hero NTR is taken cared by director srinivas to establish typical heroism with sentimental touch. He gave his best through his character.

Samanth Ruth Prabhu played a character which resembles the Dookudu film role. Her glamour dose in songs are good. Pranitha Subhash showed her glamour in limited role.

Comedy king Brahmanandam played the role of Bakara formula once again. Especially In second half, Bramhi lifted the story with his mark comedy in combination of NTR and Rest of lead roles.

Jay Prakash Reddy, Naagi Needu, Shayaji Shinde, Raghu Babu, Nasser and Ajay are good in their decent roles. Director didn't used Jayasudha, Ali, Seeta, Brahmaji, Tanikella Bharini and Nandu in perfect level. Their screen presence is Just normal as side characters. Movie revolves around lead characters only and rest of characters are just for screen presence.
Technical Values:
Director Santosh Srinivas  has given Jr NTR the scope of doing a bit of everything – dance, fight and perform. In the process, Santosh failed to evolve every aspect in the film, it neither completely satisfies fans nor the regular audiences.

Story by santosh srinivas of this film is just routine. We can recollect some of the previous tollywood films while watching Rabhasa I.e Ready, Kandireega etc. Director inspired from these films to write the story. With this type of story, the film will have perfect screenplay to avoid confusion to audience. In that aspect, director did his job good. Dialogues are just good but not impressive as compares to previous NTR films.

Music by SS Thaman is failed utterly in point of both music and Back ground score. NTR lent his voice to 'Rakhasi Rakhasi' song is one of highlight of the film but not in correct place of the story. Romantic one 'Attu Ittu' is good as melody song in album. Picturaisation of the songs are good.
The re-recording of the film is not good.

Cinematography by Shyam K Naidu is neat and clean with his colors. The fights are not good and looks like previous NTR action films. Dance moments are just okay.

Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao have to trim the scenes but with this type of typical screenplay stories, he is not able to do his best. Production Values of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Productions are grand.

Drawbacks

-Routine Predictable Story
-Screenplay
-Fights

Final Verdict

Rabhasa is just another tollywood routine commercial entertainer with mixed bag of Mass, Comedy, Emotions and Romance.

The first half is just average with normal content and second half is  predictable, but Brahmanandam lifed the story with his comedy scenes in combination of lead characters.

Watchable for routine film lovers and Nandamuri fans. If you bored at home in this Festival mood, then only watch Rabhasa in theaters otherwise skip it.
